I believe that mental health support should be accessible and affordable for everyone. That's why I offer a range of pricing options for services. Our individual counselling sessions start at £40 per hour, with discounted packages available for multiple sessions.
Individual Counselling session
During individual therapy sessions, I work one-to-one with a client to address their personal challenges, thoughts, and emotions in a safe and confidential environment online or in person.

Counselling for those accessing social care services, in receipt of PIP, or unpaid family carers
Counselling is out of reach for some of the people most in need of support with long waiting lists for statutory services.
At Safe Harbour Counselling Cornwall, I offer a discounted rate to those on disability-related benefits or their family members who are unable to work, whilst supporting them.
I have accessible outdoor therapy options on request for those experiencing mobility difficulties.
